Amy Gladstone have over 25 year Of Experience
Amy views the resolution of disputes from a unique standpoint because she has litigated both on the side of employees and unions as well as on the side of management. In this regard, over the last 25 plus years, Amy has worked as both a trial attorney for the National Labor Relations Board, primarily advocating on behalf of workers and unions, and as an attorney at Con Edison and OTG Management, advocating on behalf of management. This diverse experience provides Amy with exceptional neutrality and empathy for all parties and allows her to be objective in even the most heated of disputes.
